The mentioned prices are inclusive the use of the complete inventory,
one parking and the swimming pool. During the winter months a buta-gas stove
is provided for heating,

Not included are towels and kitchen-towels.

Rent periods begin on Saturday and end on Saturday, occupation of an apartment
to commence at 5pm on the day of arrival and to terminate at 9 am on the day of departure.

Payment 50 % within 2 weeks after receiving our notice of reservation,
the remaining 50 % to be paid 30 days before the beginning of the rent
period.
In case of not complying with our conditions, we have the right to cancel the
reservation, without further notice. We advice you to take out a holiday security insurance.
